Audit
Independent review of your ticketing practices, contracts, and platform integrations against all Five Pillars. Conducted remotely and on-site.
Step 03
Certify
Pass the audit and receive your official Front Row Certified seal, certificate, and public directory listing with verified tier status.
Step 04
Maintain
Annual renewal with ongoing compliance monitoring. Standards evolve alongside the industry. Certification is revocable for non-compliance.
